Using the power of design to make a difference
I am a Manchester based UX Designer with over five years of experience. My passion is to create work that makes a difference in people's everyday lives. Whether that's helping charities with their online presence, designing frustration-free digital experiences or simply making people smile.
I am able to both develop the artistic direction of digital products and campaigns, and understand complex User Journeys. I consider the User Experience of digital products to be paramount, and this plays a key role in my design process. I am confident in leading a project from the Information Architecture stage, through to Wireframing, Prototyping and Visual Design. I bring a collaborative approach to projects, working closely with Researchers, Stragetists, Developers and Project Managers.
Since 2011 I have had the privilege of working with a range of fantastic companies and charities, including: Manchester United, Alton Towers, Panache Lingerie, Bentley Motors, Raleigh International, Alzheimers Research UK, Virgin Care and many more.
I've been fortunate enough to recieve praise and exposure for my work, including winning the Smile for London 2011 competition, being featured in Creative Review and Eye Magazine and winning a Roses award in 2014 for Best Charity Advert.
I currently work at the BBC as a UX Designer.
